Using VCSU Self Service apps on a Mac

VCSU Self Service Information

VCSU Self Service allows you to download Microsoft Office applications and MacBook updates. VCSU Self Service may take a few minutes to install and must be left on a network to complete installation.

Install Microsoft Office apps through VCSU Self Service:

Open VCSU Self Service App:
On the Dock, double click the VCSU application clocktower icon.

If the application is not on the Dock:
Open Finder > Applications folder > VCSU Self Service app. Double click the app.

Select the Microsoft Office app folder and choose which app to install.
Follow the default prompts to continue the installation.

Security: Install and Remove Cisco VPN AnyConnect Client
Troubleshooting: Disk Cartography - disk space analyzer
Web Browsers: Edge and Firefox
Utilities: Reset Doc and WACOM Tablet Driver

Note: The Self Service app also includes Mac OS updates and other featured software used on campus.
