Program Review and BPU Rotation Schedule

The attached document shows the revised schedule of Program Reviews and BPUs. The model requires BPUs every other year to provide time for programs to work on strategic initiatives and improvements as well as providing for a larger data population on which to base decisions in the off years. Programs should review data and collect documentation annually to submit a biennial report that reflects data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Updated 7-17-2025.
